Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

ZYD training payments are generally not refundable after a family commits to a paid program period. Billing questions, cancellation requests, credits, schedule issues, and unusual circumstances are reviewed directly by ZYD.

For payment or cancellation questions, contact ZYD with your name, player name, and a short note about what you need.

Credits and Schedule Changes

When ZYD cancels or changes a training because of weather, field availability, safety, or operational needs, ZYD may provide an appropriate credit, makeup opportunity, schedule adjustment, or other solution. The exact handling depends on the situation and the family account state.

Free Trials

Free trial trainings have no charge, so no refund applies. If a trial schedule needs to change, contact ZYD or use the parent portal when that option is available.
