Terms of Service - ZYON Youth Development

1. Acceptance

By registering for a ZYON Youth Development program, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have questions or are unsure whether these terms apply to your situation, before continuing.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed waiver. ZYON reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion. All players must meet age group requirements at the time of enrollment.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments, billing timing, credits, cancellations, and any refund requests are handled through ZYD directly. Unless ZYD confirms otherwise in writing, payments are not refundable after a family commits to a paid program period. For payment or cancellation questions, .

4. Conduct and Safety

All players, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, other players, and staff. ZYON may suspend or terminate participation for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or contrary to the program values.

5. Waiver and Release

Participation requires a signed liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of athletic activity. Waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for all players under 18. Electronic acceptance of the waiver at enrollment has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

6. Media Release

Unless opted out in writing, enrollment grants ZYON permission to photograph or video players during training and events for use in promotional materials, social media, and website content. To opt out, .

7. Program Changes

ZYON may modify schedules, locations, coaches, or program content as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. ZYON is not liable for cancellations or changes due to weather, facility unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYON Youth Development's liability for any claim arising from program participation or use of this website is limited to the amount paid by the claimant in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law
