Photo and Video Release

Effective July 1, 2026

By enrolling in ZYON Youth Development programs, you grant ZYON permission to photograph and/or video record your child during training sessions, events, and ZYON activities, and to use such images and recordings for the following purposes:

• ZYON website and digital platforms
• Social media accounts operated by ZYON
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Training resources and development documentation
• Press and media materials

Images and recordings will not be sold to third parties. Your child's full name will not be published alongside images without your separate written consent.

Opt-Out

This consent is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by using Contact ZYD. Opt-out requests will be honored within 7 days and applied to all future sessions. Previously published materials may not be immediately removed from all platforms but will be removed on reasonable notice.

Ownership

All photos and videos taken by ZYON staff or authorized volunteers during ZYON activities are the property of ZYON Youth Development. Photos taken by families on the sideline remain the property of the family.
